Another note on Abilify; I feel like I lost interest in a lot of things. It’s like I knew something was funny, but I didn’t laugh like I normally would.
This is completely the opposite of what I was/am looking for.
I’ve increased my NS dosage to 2x2 a day. I’ll keep that dose for a while and see what happens.
What would be the next step after that? NS has helped with school which I’m very happy about. Next, I’d like to add something to my stack that makes everyday life a little better, e.g. make music sound better, visuals look better, etc, and would just enhance well being.
I’ve seen bacopa mentioned here as the next addition but I’m unsure if it’s for my purpose.
Thoughts?

Are you saying that you’re depressed to the point where you don’t like music and where things don’t look appealing, or that you want recreational drug-like effects?

No I wouldn’t call myself that depressed but I don’t like this feeling of disinterest. It will surely get a bit better once Abilify is out of my system.
I’m not looking for recreational-drug type of effects either, just a little boost into everyday life. Not that I would expect every day to be utterly grand.
I had a very positive experience the first time I tried Alpha Male.

For a next step, I would add in paramiracetam as a booster, bacopa as a chiller.

Also I’m not really sure if my lack of interest or ‘depression’ isn’t just general lack of energy or just being tired.

Fair enough. Well, hopefully BBB’s recommendation will work out for you one way or another.
On another note, have you ever tried neural charge workouts? I find those to be very helpful when I’m thoroughly run-down both as a mood booster and just for recovery purposes.

Very interesting about the neural charge workouts. I can’t say that I’ve given them a proper shot. I’ve tried the odd set of explosive pushups here and there but not more than that. Are you talking about Thib’s pushup/jump mini workouts that were published here some time ago?

Yes I am. I incorporate jumps and explosive pushups, but also some explosive DB OHP and DB oly lifts. You really need to circuit several moves for them to work well, but I’m convinced of their efficacy at this point.
Anyone have an idea of how long Neurostim takes to ship to the U.S. (Northeast)? I placed an order early last week (standard shipping option- Royal Mail I believe), but I didn’t get a tracking number. I head back to school soon and I’m wondering if I’ll likely have to have my parents send it along to me or not. Thanks
EDIT: If this is an off-limits question please let me know and I will delete the original text. Still new in this discussion and I don’t want to step on any feet. Thanks again.

For this kind of issue, look into selegeline.

I actually did a couple years back. I wish I could remember the dosage, but I did a lot of reading here and in some other places before I went ahead with it. Might have been 5mg EOD…? Didn’t do anything for me really, unfortunately. Thanks though.

Thank you. I started with a circuit of four exercises a couple of days ago, first thing in the morning. Gets me out of that morning foggy feeling quicker.

I live in New York and it took a little more than a week to arrive. I’d say 5-7 business days…
took 3 weeks to Australia…i ordered more than 3 months worth and they held in customs until my doc wrote a note so i could claim it…USA are probably more chilled on these types of things…anyway, its a solid product
Pramiracetam seems quite expensive. 40x300mg for $39.99-$49.99.
At 15mgs/kg, I’d have a daily dose of 1500mg.
I’ll probably increase my daily NeuroStim intake to the max of 6 caps per day before going for Pramiracetam.
