Brain Function Boosters 3.0

Hello every1

I am a new member of this community and I would like your opinion about brain function boosters, since many of you have used them :). Generally I have a problem with my concentration and as a result I loose much time doing things which are not related with my tasks. What I want is something to make me completely focused on my work.

Lets say that I have a project to complete. Unless the deadline is coming near and if I have 10 hours to spare each day, I will work 3-4 hours or less on my project and I will waste the others on reading economics, geopolitical and generally news around the world, maybe see a couple of videos on youtube, play a game, read Tnation lol etc. Of course when the deadline is coming near, I can work even 14 hours straight a day, with a decent performance and small intervals in between. What I want is to be able to work completely concentrated at least 6-8 hours each day on my main task.

In addition to my concentration problem, my memory isn’t very good :P. I mean I remember a lot of things but because it is in my nature to use tools ( meaning mathematics, programming etc ) and not remembering pages and pages by heart, I would like to have a slight improvement on that

These are my main 2 problems especially the first is something I want to solve. If you could suggest me some brain boosters and also tell me the dose required I would be grateful!!Also the site providing the drugs must ship to EU! Additional information you might need is my age : 25 and my weight : 88-91 kg

Thanks a lot again

P.S. My apology for my bad English and any grammar related errors

Bump.

Too good of a thread to let it get pushed back.

Read through all of the pages, and decided to give it a go. Have already been taking: vit E,b’s, d3, …; and has given me overall help. I am trying ani-750/dmae-300/vinpo-10. Had to get all of them in pill. Only thing I could find in powder was piracetam. I will wait on that until I can find some choline bitrate. Could someone message me where I can find bulk? Also, links to any media to get a better understanding would be greatly appreciated.

Any suggestions for supps that will give focus? I have been taking the vinpo, DMAE, and Ani. While they help with retention and am looking for something for focus. I am currently in my last semester of college and am taking 8 classes on top of studying for an FAA exam but, it seems my concentration and focus is not there.I day dream and space out too often during study sessions.

Pyritinol helps me greatly with my concentration. I have some sulbutiamine on the way will let everyone know of that as well.

Good sir, what is your dosing schedule with Pyritinol? Any sides?

Such a good thread… Thanks everyone. Especially BBB.

Glad you asked. As of right now I am still working out what is best. Honestly, there have been some major issue with me and pyritinol. Nothing “bad” just that I’ll take 100-200mg one day and it will work great - increased productivity, can handle more information at once, and I’ll actually be able to critically reason better. Then Bam! Next day nothing at the same dose. I mean yesterday I took 200mg was a great day- today took 200mg then fell asleep- not what I want.

Got some sulbutiamine in today so I think I’ll be going every other with pyritinol and that for a little while determining what is best.

lol.

What ever happened to a good old fashion pot of coffee for a all nighter the night before your exam?

Ummm science and chemistry happened. You can live in the dark ages with caffeine all you want, but I’ll take nootropics. I actually feel guilty about taking this stuff because its so unfair to my fellow classmates.

Thought I’d give a preliminary. I am taking ani-750/dmae-300/vinpo-10 x2 Daily. And am noticing better energy and mood. Not really any increased concentration. Is there something else I can add? As previously stated I also have a tub of piracetam. I have added 1.5g of it to water and sip it between meals. Could someone explain the difference between DMAE and choline Bitartrate? Supposedly the DMAE when converted is a charged choline and is unable to pass the BBB. However, I seem to have a positive result from it.

I have two items that are making it easier for me. The first is the bullet that comes with Spike. I have a few after all these years. They hold about three grams and make it easy to carry. The second is MIO liquid. Which works great for masking.

I was under the impression DMAE crosses the BBB easily and then gets methylated into choline.

DMAE is choline without a CH3 (methyl) group
Choline bitartrate is choline bound to C4H5O6

As for which is better, all I know is I love DMAE.

Spike tabs are amazing. I still have yet to try Power Drive yet, but a combo of those two should produce some interesting results. I am going to order some Power Drive next month.

I am currently taking L-theanine. The L-theanine seems to balance out the caffeine jitters, and helps with focus/concentration. Creatine is a well known cognitive enhancer, and along with a NO vasodialator in the mix it really seems to produce great results.

Of course you could always just call up Brad and get some NZT.

Wow this site is unreal. Can’t even mention the name of another supplement company?

Ahhh. Thanks for the PM and clearing that up mods!!!

Such a wealth of info in these threads. Wish I had some of this stuff to help me sift through it right now haha. Gonna try the basic doses of Vinocetine, Huperzine, and DMAE for now and see if it does me any good. I’m having the hardest time making it through my classes trying to focus with the end result being along the lines of a migraine.

I’ll be back to report my results if all goes to planned.

Mixed a small batch(~60 capsx600mg) of a 5:1 blend of Bacopa and Ginkgo.
Tried one cap for the first time today, -30 min before physics class.
Mind was definately ‘on’ for the whole class. Have to see if it stays consistent.

Okay, thanks for the feedback. I’m a fan of Sulb especially with a touch of caffeine, essentially what Spike caps are. 400mg is a good does of Sulb for me, i found.

Has anyone tried Agmatine Sulfate? I found a cheap source for it. Looks interesting.

Is there any evidence that Phenibut is bad for memory or recall? Would it be a good idea to take some before a test to get rid of pre-test anxiety? Anyone have experience with it?
