Coach - do you have any advice on Brain Candy in combo with coffee or green tea, POSSIBLY an energy drink.
Mostly just Brain Candy & coffee. I usually start day with Brain Candy (half) then preworkout drink a cup of coffee. Nice balance of caffeine & the mood elevatoin from Brain Candy. Sometimes I do a full bottle.
Just have to watch caffeine intake…althogh for some reason the 300mg from Brain Candy feels NOTHING like an equivalent in the varoius pre-workout powders out there (300mg of those you will definitely feel it).
I love Brain Candy. Only the caffeinated version though…the non caff version not only tastes weird but also destroys my mental state. I don’t know what it is but when I drink that version I end up crashing and getting depressed.
Maybe caffeine is needed for the L-carnitine, tyrosine, etc. to have full impact
