Played a 90 minute soccer game at a decent level. Starting to feel like I can run for more than a minute at a time. Nowhere near match fitness still. Was going to hit the gym but I’m gassed. Tomorrow it is.

@guineapig I think it’s because when I’m lifting I avoid it at all costs. And also I generally hate just pure running. Good news is it comes back pretty quick.
