HHH in my opinion has the physique, and can even act a bit, but he is too damn ugly to be He-man, or any lead role for that matter. He is destined to play the meathead sidekick role, like in Blade 3.

um,I think that might be his pic a few posts up,not sure,but i think the blonde guy from the 13th warrior would be perfect for the role.
Cena wouldnt be a bad choice,neither would Triple H,hell the guy from reign of fire might be able to pull it off if he got in that shape again.
