Glad too hear everything came out ok !!!LOL
Why am I not surprised to see Paul Chek coming up with something like this.
i’ve had, and am working through, my share of bowel issues and i must say paul check is way over the top.
for advice, citracel > metamucil. all of my doctors said psyllium can irritate ur intestines. they never explained why, but it was uninimous advice from different clinics.
some light cardio is always good to help stimulate the lower intestine. if u shit more often it won’t harden as easily.
and lastly, sometimes if i eat so much protein that i cannot digest it all, my stools will do that. maybe lay off the powders for a couple days and see what happens? heh, i know i’m going to get flamed for suggesting lower protein consumption on T-Nation…

Nah; I had to drop mine down too. I was at around 400g; now I’m around 325…taking nicer dumps is good
I failed to mention I have Crohn’s Disease, which certainly affects my ability to tolerate fiber. High protein diets are a godsend for me, but I do need to balance things out. I am telling you - flax meal is awesome. Flax vs metamucil? Flax gives you those mighty Omega-3’s.
