Boron for Free T Increase/SHBG Decrease?

Hey guys,

Been doing some research on ways to lower my SHBG and up my FT a little bit. Read about scientific study done which showed Boron helped boost FT levels in the subjects by about 20%. Anyone with higher end SHBG take Boron? Results? Opinions? Thanks guys.

I take 3mg daily. Hasn’t made a difference in my SHBG. Search the forum for the thread titled “Boron” that has like 800 posts. I believe physiolojik started the thread. Mucho info

To the best of my knowledge, I am one of the few posters that has high SHBG, and has tested boron’s success with blood labs before and after. Search the thread for boron.
