Update:
Started the last week of this FSLS cycle but had one of those feelings going into my first bench workout. Ended up doing 5 pros and FSLS on the workout with still 90% TM and things felt light. Going to do the same for today’s squat day and just run next 3 weeks at 5 pro’s at 90%.
Still have a few weeks before the cals drop so I basically want a mini peak lifting cycle before the deload.
