Right, so we are pushing the big ?-0. Body took a beating through years of lifting and grinding metal. The joints and nagging injuries are still screaming revolt. Decided to “come off” permanently. After PCT blood work looks very good, with serum T levels still in the normal to normal high. Estradiol Estrogen Prog and forth all in check nothing out off the usual.
My question is this: What natural supplements have been PROVEN INDEPENDENTLY to raise testosterone levels? Please to do not refer to Tribulus as no independent study, have ever proved any correlation between Tribulus use and increased T.
These are just some of the ones I have tried throughout my life trying to boost testosterone naturally. They have all worked to some degree, some better than others, but I found that usually my test levels go back to baseline after stopping usage (going by feeling/side effects not blood-work).
Pregnenolone
D-aspartic acid
Avena Sativa
Mucuna Pruriens
ZMA (Zinc, Magnesium, Vitamin B6)
Vitamin D3
Passionflower
Ginseng
LongJack
Resveratrol (natural AI)
Forskolin
Diindolylmethane(DIM)
GABA (Gamma-Aminobutyric acid)
Horny Goat Weed
Maca Root
Tribulus Terrestris
Ginger
Garlic
Rhodiola Rosea
Omega 3 fats
High-end multi-vits (if the body is low in certain vits/minerals it can affect test output)
Cut out alcohol
Lose fat (more fat = more oestrogen = less testosterone)
You could try some or all of these together to get a really good testosterone boost or you may want to try them individually to gauge the effects of each.
Animal stak and animal pak would be a good place to start but relatively expensive.
If I were working for a competitor, it would make sense for me to suggest a different product.
I’m just doing a lot of reading on this topic and getting frustrated with so many different products claiming different shit, but with no actual clinical studies.
Sorry for contributing to the discussion with a study from a peer reviewed journal. Next time I’ll refrain
