I too have breast implants and I have to say my doctor did an excellent job. I had very little to no brusing and barely any pain other that jut being uncomfortable for the first few days after surgery. I have never been happier with my new look. Basically I too am very athletic and had very little body fat which gave me little to nothing up top. I went from a 32 AA to 32 C. They look very natural and many people seem to think they are my natural breasts. I can’t imagine going to to a DD. According to my doctor, the size of the breast implant varies from person to person depending on the width of the chest wall and how much tissue there is to start with. Also, the larger you go the more risk there can be and in some cases it may take more than one surgery. My reason for the surgery was to feel more feminine. I now look at my body and feel more proportional. If anyone in Colorado needs a good Doctor, I recommend Dr. Speirs in Colorado Springs!
As I said I have no problem for a woman getting breast implants if she wants. But I have a question. How long is the recovery afterward? Teela sounded not to bad. I’ve seen shows on how plastic surgery was performed. All I can say, was damn. It looks very painful and the recovery is just as painful it seemed.
I saw a show on MTV that went through the whole process of breast implants for a few girls and they showed the surgery. The girls looked like they were in so much pain. I have also hear women comment saying the pain is worse than child birth. Now, I haven’t given birth, but I really did not have much pain at all, just really uncomfortable at first. My friend also had the same surgery performed by the same doctor and she too had very little pain. I think a lot of it has to do with the person as to what kind of shape they may be in physically and also the doctor. I was up and moving around in about 3 days and back to work in 5. I was back to doing cardio in about a week or 2 and after about a month I was lifting again, light stuff at first. The only thing I struggled to regain was strength in my chest area of course. Before the surgery I could do full body pull ups, now it has been 9 months and I still can’t do one full body pull up. It just feels too uncomfortable and tight. I can do them using the assisted pull up machine though.
I say if it makes you bloody fab happy great stuff!! My GF is a ballet dancer and was in the opposite position she was a 32E so it hindered her dancing, but I love her body small or big boobs
I think that it’s more about shape than about size. But if you look good, you look good!

Well I had a long reponse planned to some of the criticism, but I “can’t be arsed,” as you British like to say, to write it.
I think it’s hypocritical for any of us, being on a bodybuilding board, to criticize someone for wanting to enhance their appearance. It’s the same damn thing as lifting weights, taking supplements, getting a tan, shaving, getting a nice haircut, putting on makeup, or buying some kick ass clothes.
When these things aren’t done in the extreme, they are great things to be doing and things that generally make you feel better about yourself.
So Anna, if your new boobs make you happy, then by all means I am happy for you.

Hell yeah, I love boob jobs. Big breasts are the ultimate turn-on. I don’t understand why most fashion models these days have small boobs .There’s nothing like a set of 31DD’s!
I really don’t mind implants, but its just sad when they are so huge and round they look like volley balls. I personally, like a natural looking breast, but I’m glad you’re happy.
I agree with MaceJ, many girls go too big with them. The first issue is that they need to be in proportion with the rest of your body. I prefer girls with more moderate development (translation: I’m not really into huge yobbos) and I don’t understand why women with average-sized breasts (that seem perfectly awesome to me) feel like they need to get a lot bigger.
I don’t know. Sometimes they look great. I just hate that a girl has to do that to look good(health reasons too). As for going from 31a to 31dd I say good. Why? Cause if their going to be fake make em fucking big! I know that my sound crude but I say what’s the use of going through all that and not getting a huge killer set. I’m an immature moron don’t listen to me. Yay boobies!!! Um did you post a pic yet? 
I have not posted a pic yet, as I am still rather swollen and in the recovery phase right now! However; I am back in the gym [sound as a pound] and it’s rather a slow process to get back in nick. It shouldn’t be ‘too long’ before I get some yummy photos out. Keep checking the site!
WEll ok I am not going to be popular for this opinion but here goes. I have dated women with all kinds of breasts from hairy ones to huge ones. I gotta say I like a natural titie no matter the size. In fact everyone I know who has had a boob job has had a lot of underlying insecutities that needed the attention first. If you did it to fix what is inside you will be sorely disappointed. If you did it to axcentuate what is inside you may be very happy. Either way take care of inside first outside is only a shell for the real package.
