So,hello to all members! My problem is,I think verry common amongst bbers and plifters.I have an average frame, although I see it small and weird(7 inch wrists, pretty wide palms and long forearm bones that make them look even smaller, wide hips and normal clavicles, which MAY still grow, pretty thick 10.5 inch ankles and generally thick legs,45 EU shoe size,so I’m not really proportional at 200 lbs and 6’1’').
My problem is,that I would like to do powerlifting/strongman,BUT I don’t think that my bones, joints and ligaments can handle it,yet.I’m 19,and I have no clue if I will grow anymore,or will I simply “fill out” or “thicken”.
I made a lot of research, and I found that HGH CAN actually thicken bones and ligaments, but the problem is that I don’t know what doses you need to accomplish that,I don’t know to what extent the bones thicken,is it significant or infirm, and what bones may thicken exactly.Besides HGH,Vitamin D,Calcitonin and teriparatide also contribute to bone formation,in some way.
Now,some of you will tell me that small bones/joints are a plus in bodybuilding, but that’s not my sport and will never be.I am really desperate to find a solution to this problem. If any of you had any experience with HGH or any other substance in this matter, please help me out.
I already read the experiences of Bushi with HGH and it is really heartening, but unfortunately he might be the only one who reported changes in this area from that substance.I am willing to take ANY risk just to thicken my bones/joints a little,so please if any of you can help in this matter,I await for your counsel.
Or should I train hard and eat big and sleep big,and wait until I am in my mid 20’s,because my body may grow a little bit?Or by putting on some serious weight(+100lbs),my body will be “fuller” and my joints and bones adapt and grow a little?
Thanks for the answers in advance!
