Bodybuilding for Busy People

There’s always a way to get your training in.

Train at home.
Go to the gym at less frequented times.
Eat functionally.

Determine your capabilities (time, money, physical aptitude (you know, injuries and stuff)) and work out some plan of action.

I can only laugh at people who complain about their SOs compromising or at least hindering their bb efforts.

I’ve been living with my gal for 9 years and she’s my total opposite in almost every imaginable way: she can eat whatever she wants without noticeably gaining fat, for instance. So, whenever we eat together, we’re either eating different stuff or we accommodate by ‘modularizing’ the meals which I then only eat the bb-compatible parts of.

If I had a problem with her eating candy and junk food in terms of being tempted to fall off the wagon, then I’d first question my own discipline. Following options would derive from that:

  1. Improve my discipline
  2. Get more slacking with my nutrition
  3. Quit bb altogether
  4. Get rid of my SO

There’s almost always a solution. It’s simple, but not necessarily easy.
