King, your biceps are insane. They remind me of Larry Scott’s biceps.

Why does this thread even exist? CT said doing isolation work for bigger arms is stupid and dangerous. Just do your front squats and ring work!

I really don’t get it. A lot of the ‘new’ stuff CT has been throwing out there seems plenty solid, but that’s not an idea I can wrap my head around.

I did some ring work supersetted with box jumps yesterday. My arms grew 2 inches instantaneously. Box jumps will murder your triceps.

Yeah I agree. CT usually has me sold on his techniques but every time I have given up arm training for “the basics” only I lost arm size. My triceps never grew from presses and biceps from pulls etc…

Can only do EZ Bar, otherwise my wrist start to kill me after a few weeks. Unless I use very low weight.
