I don’t get this forum. I get branded an idiot for trying to have a conversation about a movie I evidently didn’t fully understand. I wasn’t trolling and I didn’t post inflammatory content and yet I instantly get condescending replies. There are a lot of fragile egos here. I appreciate LHT and orion for being the two posters to actually discussing the topic in a normal manner.

The cutest thing here is that you think any of the film/book’s clumsy symbolism is remotely deep or lost upon me.
Sorry bubba, Fight Club is a shallow story written at a 4th grade level.
Though if you find the film is deep, ‘a work of art’, or in any way emotionally or intelectually challenging, you’re in your perfect right. Duller challenges for duller minds, so says problem based learning!
Because I use one account to post on training issues and one on ‘off topic’ things. All my posts on this profile are on the off topic forum, and again, not a single one has been inflammatory.
