I always thought Dr. Phil was the bottom of America’s television imbecility and classlessness.
Then I found out about Jerry Springer and Maury Povich.

Great thread. I can definitely relate. I think some of you are missing important point.
As a single guy you train to look good. You get bigger, girls start to notice you. You become more popular with the ladies and become more confident. You sleep with a few… You ask the girl at the gym out. Date for a while then meet this MILF. Then go to a party and meet this crazy 21 year old in college who brings you to her place. Then you meet this black girl with a crazy booty. Man…
Life is all about GYM and pussy. You are single, working, have your own place, rich (no kids to support), feeling good and in shape. Girls are attracted to you…
Then your GF announces you she’s pregnant. You try to do the right thing and get married (or move in together and be a family). It’s hard man going from first lifestyle to married life. Postpartum depression not her, you! You sit in your car at night and cry thinking back to those times.
Clearly this guy still stuck in previous lifestyle and hasn’t adjusted to married (family) life. It’s hard man… Coming from divorced parents doesn’t help. (somebody mentioned NBA, NFL players - no wonder most are cheating)
As a man, in my opinion anyways, right thing to do is to embrace the change and be happy and devoted to your family. Nobody said it was going to be easy.
I think the problem goes much deeper than this guy training 4 hours a day at the gym.

Two things you never ask a woman
Her age

I hope you mean this because you think the board already has advice like this from its members and not that you disagree with hit the gym.
Watched all three videos.
It’s pretty simple. If he wanted to live a lifestyle of clubbing, partying, and picking up chics, free of responsibilities, he shouldn’t have gotten her pregnant and he shouldn’t have had kids. That was a choice he made.
I will also agree that bodybuilding is an obsessive sport, and no person who is above the intermediate level will argue with that. It is hard to find balance, and I’m sure a lot of people on here have struggled with that.
At the end of the day, if you make the choice to have kids and start a family, you are obligated to do everything you can to support them and provide for them, especially as the father and the husband.
If that’s not something you’re willing to do, then don’t start a family. Plain and simple.

Likewise, because it takes two people to have a relationship, don’t jump into a relationship and expect the all night club hopper to turn into Super-Daddy just because he bought you a ring.
The fault here lies on two people. If that man is bringing home the paycheck, he is taking care of his family. He isn’t there emotionally…and for fuck sake, that is something you clear up before saying, “I do”.
BRB
Busy being a terrible father because im going to a concert tonight…

And they say GAIDS is ruining the sanctity of traditional marriage. HA!!
