ok so I got a great workout today. Been running all over san diego looking for spray paint, buying groomsmen gifts, shipping stuff up to Tahoe, sending out invites, crafting decorations and making pieces for the reception (gregron is crafty and good with woodwork and tools FYI) and its just been nuts. Gotta shower up now and guess whats on the agenda for tonight??? You guessed it: DANCE LESSONS!!! Just call me Black Swan from now on cause I be doin it up big on the dance floor :slight_smile:

Hit up some cardio the past couple days but didn’t lift yesterday. Got in there and doubled up with Back and Shoulders/Traps today. Had a bad ass workout, everything was clicking and my MMC was off the charts for some reason.

BACK:
Wide Grip Pull Ups:
4 x 10 w/60seconds rest

V Handle Cable Pull Down:
160 x 10, 10,
190 x 10, 10 (such a savage pump. Felt amazing)

V Handle Cable Row:
220 x 10, 10, 10

DB Row:
110lb x 10, 10, 8

Back Extensions:
3 x 20

SHOULDERS:

DB Press:
45 x 15, 15
70 x 8, 8, 8

DB Lat Raise:
30 x 12, 12, 12

Reverse Peck Deck:
110 x some, some more and even more (just pump work here) 100 jumps with the speed rope in between each set

Face Pulls:
90 x 12, 12, 12 100 jumps with the speed rope in between each set

DB Lat Raise to Overhead:
20lbs x 20, 20

DB Palm Up Front Raise:
20lbs x 10, 10 (got these from stu. They were AMAZING! Hit the anterior delt perfectly. So much nicer than palm down)

Weighted Crunches with the Rope Attachment:
4 x 25

and done. It was awesome. I took vid of the last set of V Handle Pull Downs and the last DB Rows. Gonna make a little vid and upload it before this log dies. Hope all is well with everyone!
