finished with a horrible idea for a monster hammie curl drop set of destruction. It was horrible. I almost fell down the stairs leaving the gym afterwards LOL.

went to the gym this evening with my fiance and trained her. did 20 minutes on the bike and stretched for 12-15 minutes at the end. probably will be helpful for my legs… but we’ll find out tomorrow.

Just a quick one re. the compartment syndrome you’ve mentioned a few times - how often can you engage in running-based activities before it begins to flare up and what sort of treatment do you use to alleviate it?
