Jake- yeah I think upping all my maxes to that and doing percentages from there will be better. I know the plan for 531 is slow progression over a long period of time but I only have 3 more weeks so my ass needs to get in gear! hopefully that’ll help me by handling heavier weights.

WhiteFlash- I hope so. I’ve never pulled 450 before (kinda weak I know) but Im hoping for a 450+ pull at the meet. I’m not trying to get into the 198’s anymore. I decided a while ago to just compete at what I compete at. No water manipulation or anything like that… just gonna go for it.

Ok so today was a pretty rough day. Like I said before my body is recovering from a 4 day shitfest as far as nutrition/sleep is concerned. Had class today and then San Diego decided to have one of the worst weather days that I can remember. It was 97 degrees and humid as balls. WTF San Diego?!?!? Its never that hot and NEVER humid!! so horrible. So basically I spent all day sweating my ass off and not hungry at all cause of the heat. I got back into a little bit of a routine and ate MDD style today which was nice.
Gym trip was sucky at first but picked up after Smith Machine Pressing… Weighed in at 211.5 on thursday of last week before my trip and today i was 217! Faaaaaaaaatty! lolz. bloated as fuuuuuh.

Tri’s were looking BA if I do say so myself… Pretty much looked exactly like Phil Heaths arms lolol. had a pretty legit upper body pump going and was sweating like crazy (the 97 degree weather today made sure of that)
