Arg! It’s been 5 days since I pulled my hammy and it’s starting to frustrate me that it hasn’t healed up yet.
Ouch. I hope it feels better soon. Injuries suck!

There’s a lot of stuff going on in here. Sadly, I don’t know what much of it is. I feel like I’ve just wandered into Poland or something. Are you sure it’s legit? Are you making shit up to fuck with us? j/k but I seriously don’t know about stuff like psoas holds. Best not to tell me. They sound kind of dirty and sexy. The reality might ruin it for me.
I want to know what the psoas holds are! I have piriformis syndrome so anything that’ll help, I want to know about.
As for pull-ups, 135lb is like my laundry bag. Try hauling 155lbs up there. (This is why I can’t do more than one or two at the moment…)

Are you doing laundry for an orphanage? haha Here’s the psoas hold.
Ooh OK cheers.
So, they’re called psoas holds… interesting. I normally do those and Thai knees before squats.
Today’s lift. Dealing with serious fatigue for over a month…more than usual…it was pretty bad tonight…going to try to find a doctor and get some blood work.

Bobbi I don’t see details about your fatigue on that log?
If you are getting bloodwork be sure he runs the right thyroid tests. Make sure its not JUST the TSH test ask also for FREET3 and FREET4. Fatigue MAJOR symptom of hypothyroidism. Also get vitamin D level and Ferritin level checked.
I guess I’m daft but I didn’t realize you were that Bobbi.
oh no!
i’m sorry to hear about the fatigue business…that’s so frustrating . I hope you get answers and that it dissipates :{
sorry to hear about the fatigue - hope you kick it soon.
Hopefully I’ll be insured soon and can go get it checked out!
Nothing too special today. Finally worked legs again. The hammy is tight but no pain. http://bobbiskai.blogspot.com/2010/10/lmelight-lower-4.html
