Bobbi's Got a Brand New Bag

You’re joints can handle 300+lbs but can’t take popping a bag? haha…that sounds like a shady excuse

P.S. Full log back up http://bobbiskai.blogspot.com/

Eww 50 reps of box squats… my kinda girl

L!MELIGHT Upper 2, 50 rep death workout… http://bobbiskai.blogspot.com/2010/10/lmelight-muscular-endurance-upper-2.html

L!MELIGHT (Muscular Endurance) Lower 3… http://bobbiskai.blogspot.com/2010/10/lmelight-muscular-endurance-lower-3.html

Highlight: Sumo Deadlift 50 x 95

holy crap 50 rep deadlifts are hard…

50 rep deads are insane! Don’t know if I could make it but I’d have nothing left for the other lifts that’s for sure.

I know we have different goals, but 50 reps of dl’s…crazy

lil power and nlmain - thanks. My favorite rep range is 1-5 so this is a big change for me!

Just joined a 24 hour gym to compliment my boxing gym. Yey!

Today’s lift. L!MELIGHT Upper 3 http://bobbiskai.blogspot.com/2010/10/lmelight-muscular-endurance-upper-3.html

Bobbi, I think I would get along great with you. From the crazy workouts to the MMA training. I look forward to getting back into it all in a couple of weeks. Currently recovering from an appendectomy. Do not like sitting on idle for this long (3 weeks, so far.) Are you good with the speed bad? Although I’ve been working on my Muay Thai and boxing for the past couple of years, that is the last hurdle I have until I consider myself “amateur” at best.

There is never, ever any boring training in here.

Ha, thanks kimba. I’m anticipating mixing strength work back into the program here soon.

Beast - I’m not sure what you mean, I’ve never thought of ranking myself on certain training apparatus.

looks like southern California is treating you very well, Bobbi. good to see you back in PW! (yah, i’ve been a slacker in the posting department due to crazy work hours and travel…apologies for the late entrance here)

Today’s lift (Upper 4) http://bobbiskai.blogspot.com/

I guess the highlight was putting up 2 singles on bench of 115 without any trouble. They were pretty fast and I wasn’t cough totally myself…haha…

Bobbi, I didn’t ask for a rank. I asked if you were good, or proficient with the speed bag. Meaning can you keep a steady rhythm with it? Although I’ve been working on my striking for some time now, I’ve yet to work the speed bag. Just curious.

Oh, yes, but I wouldn’t worry about it. I don’t think anyone has ever lost a fight because they couldn’t hit a speed bag

Nah, I wouldn’t blame my only blemish on that. It just looks cool to do.
