Since i just re-injured my hammie my PT assessed that I have a weak pelvis (i.e. weak glutes and core - quad dominant). I’ll have to see if i can squat similarly to what you’re doing here - altho without a coach or trainer watching form, who knows…

Ha, I was a blonde a few years back but I don’t think I was on here yet.
Having someone call out “sit back! sit back!” has been crucial to my learning it this fast. If you don’t have a buddy to do this, try taping each set and watching the play back between sets to see if you’re making the adjustment. I pretty much feel like I’m falling backwards (hence the plop) to get back far enough. It’s a weird feeling but I have faith the box is there and it’ll stop me from actually falling. For that reason, I can’t do these without the box yet.

In the video that was 140. I barely feel the weight, it’s all form work right now. I bet I could put up 185 today, it just wouldn’t be the way they want it. Lightweight buddy!

Eh, nothing felt strong. It didn’t help that right off the bat I had to go lift by myself because the green bands were too much. Speed squatting 105 is a joke. I should have overhead pressed it after each rep.haha Maybe it’s just that it’s overcast and drizzling here in socal, and the dreariness is throwing me off.
