No way dude…you have at least 10lbs of muscle on me. AND im fatter…for now. Im not upping my cals until Im around 15% unless the gyms still aren’t open then I will just keep them low(ish). Then I will ramp calories and lifts back up slowly over 4 weeks. Minimize fat gain and minimize injury. Ive been working out with a 65lb kb and a couple dozen bands the last few months with a lot of treadmill walking mixed in. Im definitely getting some muscle work and heart work but missing the heavy work.

Keep up the good work you two. Looking forward to the next few months and all it holds for all of us. :metal:

What does magnesium glycinate do for you. Do you do liquid or pills ?

Looking Good man. Do you have a home gym?

Calmness mental and physical. I was having a problem with negative rumination before I started taking it. I do pills @ 600mg nightly.

I use 400-600mg before bed. Helps with sleep and really helps with stress the next day. I don’t have anxiety but those that do report it really helps with that. I buy a years worth of powder from Amazon and put it in capsules myself because I know it’s good quality shit and a years worth costs less than a months worth of already capsuled.

Thanks brother. No I had to sell all of my equipment when I bought this new house in December. No room for it. Our gyms opened back up a few weeks ago here in Montana so I’m good to go in that front though.

I do the same. Not sure if it helps since I take a couple others and haven’t tried to stop it.

I was suggested to use it in liquid form. I’ll find it and share the Name once I order it. I’m told it’s superior to pills and works way better.

Have you tried to drink it with liquid?

I haven’t but I’m sure it’d work. You can get a capsule filler for $20 that fills 100 capsules really quickly.

Ok guys, just got my latest results in…Dr Saya wanted to do these early, mainly to see how my HCT reacted to the increase in dosage. We went up to 196mg / week doing daily injections on the last consult.

Here are the latest results. I don’t know what to make of how low my numbers are on this increased dosage, but I’m extremely happy to see that my HCT actually went DOWN since the last blood draw!

SHBG is really low as well. Not sure what to make of that either…

Last note…E2 seems SUPER low. I guess losing some fat left me with a lot less opportunity for aromatase?? Do any of you guys think that lowering my DHEA dosage (It came back fairly high) would help bring E2 up a bit?

You testosterone is lower than I would expect for daily injections of 28 mg/day. Did you skip an injection?

I also see the free testosterone lab ranges appear to have dropped again. Used to be 8.7-25.1. [6.8-21.5] lowers both the top and bottom end. Being rejected from TRT with a FT of 8.8 would sure be a bummer. Many are feeling low T at close to double that amount.

Edit: corrected ranges to actual LabCorp ranges.

I’m guessing this as well. It’s the only thing (hypermetabolization (spelling??)) that makes sense?

I actually think it seems close for TT of 621 but maybe just a little low.

I guess another possibility is poor absorption? I am not an expert on this. It just seemed really low. @dextermorgan tests around 2000 on your same protocol.

I do too but I consider myself a hyper responder and I dont think its the norm. 200mg a week (E3.5D) gets me to 2000 in trough.

Your total is indeed low for that does. IM or SubQ out of curiosity? Wondering if you’re doing Subq and just not absorbing it very well.

You can probably back off on the DHEA a bit.

Your estradiol makes sense, more or less, considering your total is only 621.

How do you FEEL right now?
