Bloodwork shows higher E and Prolactin …

Appreciate all the info from the board so far.

I got back on TRT a month ago and this time decided to change it up. I’ve been on a 2.5 year hiatus. The last time it was 150 test cyp and 200 primo with no issues.

This time i am running 200 test eth and 75 mast. No Ai during this run nor my last.

My goal was to add a different dht based compound for mood and libido. That worked until this week when I noticed my eyes were super dry and I felt irritated most of the day. A few days ago a lump developed in left pec. It’s sensitive to the touch but otherwise doesn’t bother me. No shedding. No acne etc

I fully expected my E to be high but was surprised the prolactin jumped up as well. Can anyone explain why that happened?

Do some guys respond better to test cyp vs test e? If the ester isn’t to blame, should I lower or remove the mast?

I have tamoxifen on hand and exemestame and anastrozole from my Rx a few years back.

Should I start on 40 tamox a day to bind the tissue and 1 mg of anastrozole a week split into two doses?

.

Prolactin is controlled by dopamine and estrogen.

Some guys get less fluid retention on Test E.

Masteron is very effective as an anti-estrogen.

Is it an anti E or does it mask the effects of excessive E? I have never run mast before and when doing homework this seemed to be a topic of debate.

I never had this issue with primo and test. Assuming it mitigates the E at a much higher rate

Yes.
