Should I start ED/EOD injections after my Thursday dose of 80 mg?

I think the labs look good. Not sure I would change much, could reduce the dosage 25%, that should bring everything into alignment.

If I went EOD at 160 mg for example, what would my dose be? 46 mg EOD more or less?

EOD dose for 160mg/wk would be 2 / 7 * 160mg = 45.71428571mg So, yes ~ 46mg EOD

When you change schedules that is going to throw off peak and trough measurements so you could actually end up doing a lower dosage and wind up with a higher result.

I am just saying you are so close to getting dialed in now might be a good idea to stay on whatever injection frequency and reduce dosage 25%. I didn’t feel levels fluctuating on a daily protocol, I did on every other protocol. You should use these labs as a goalpost, you feel good, runs labs and see what this looks like on paper. If you didn’t reduce your dosage when switching to a daily protocol, your doctor with have a heart attack the next blood draw because your levels will be insanely high.
