Are any of you guys on metformin to help with insulin resistance? Iāve been taking it since @physioLojik recommended it. I think it helps tremendously since I have a crazy sweet tooth. I try to limit sugars but with a wife who bakes and my office candy stash, its HARD! LOL
Iām interested in it. Iām going to bring it up to my doc on February 22nd and see if she is willing to give me a script.

Sorry to read about your wifes issues with sex allday. My wife lost interest in sex as well. It turned out she was going thru premenopausal. She was only 46. Sex was painful and she was embarrassed to tell me or even talk about it to her doctor. Hereās a couple things you might consider trying. From the book you suggested about improving prayer I will guess you two are Christian? The Bible is full of marital advice. This might help you two to talk about sex, it did for us.
The next thing i did was to buy her a blood test and consult with Defy. The talk was about antiaging not sex and the emphasis was on living a long and happy life together. The next thing I know she is ordering their scream cream and let me tell you that stuff works.

For you guys using T gel or cream and you worry about transfer T to your mate and when you wake she has grown a beard. This stuff has 2% T cyp in it and you rub it into her lips and clit.
Guess what? No beard in the morning just humming in content from the bathroom. So that whole transfer is BS. myth busted.

Does it require a script?
I tried dosing my wife minute amounts of test IM and it was great but she thought her voice was changing and she stopped. Her clit did grow some, which I thought was great. She did not. Women are weird. LOL

Yes it is a Dr Saya custom blend. You have to be a defy patient female and have a script. They wonāt sell it to boys.
