Second this one. So much information out there. I’ve been chipping away at Jordan Peterson’s “12 Rules for Life” but I can only read so much at a time otherwise I find I cant fully contemplate everything that he is putting down.

I hear that. I have that issue as well. I’m currently reading a book my wife bought for me. "ADHD and Marriage ". My wife thinks it will help our marriage so I’m all in. I need to put more time in on that book. Her cousin said it saved his marriage. Lol I guess we shall see.

So a little feedback on the 1st week of doing 2 injections of 1/2cc 100mg of test c instead of 1 injection per week of 200mg 1cc. My first dose I didn’t feel much of anything and actually felt like I was crashing. Really felt down and really tired! But after I did my injection, about 24-48 hours I felt MUCH better! Not as strong of an effect as if I did 200mg but definitely saw an improvement after my 2nd dose. I still prefer how much better I felt doing 1 injection as I didn’t crash very much but I’m wondering if I continue doing my injections 2x a week if I can maintain how I felt after I did my 2nd injection. I don’t want to feel like how I did when I first started this plan. Should I continue 2x a week or if I felt ok doing it once a week if I should go back? Would be nice if I could maintain the effects I got from my 2nd injection. Any thoughts?

As you said previously, on one injection a week by day 4 you were crashing. I would say give this 3.5 day protocol at least 6 weeks before you make any decisions or protocol changes. You wont regret it.

It’s very difficult to judge a protocol based on your feelings after a couple shots. You need to allow the half life of the drug to catch up. If you chart that out its 5 to 6 weeks. You will stabilize I guarantee you that. When I first started trt I went through this but about 3 weeks in I got past the lows.

Update: Since discontinuing my blast of 350 mg a week I’ve been running my trt dose of 120 mg a week. My doc upped my prescription to 150 mg a week but I know my testosterone levels would be to high for my upcoming bloodwork. 120 mg puts me right at the top of the range for tt and ft. I know she will like that bloodwork and I’ll lie and say its 150 mg lol. What’s crazy to me is since I’ve been running the pharma cyp at 120 mg I am SO MUCH STRONGER!!! Way stronger than in was on 350 mg of ugl. I’m setting PRs again. Hit 315 lbs on bench Monday. Hit 295 for a double Thursday. I’ve been using John Meadows pre-workout concoction as @physioLojik recommended and I’m hooked on it. Awesome pumps in the gym after eating those fast absorbing carbs. I’ve also adopted @physioLojik delt destruction philosophy and love the high rep count lateral raises. I am seeing striations in my delt again that I havent seen for a while. Outside of training and nutrition the only thing I’ve changed is NO MASTERBATION. This is a tough one. With my crazy libido and a wife that isnt very consistent it’s pretty tough. I’m gonna stick it out for a little while and see how it feels. Not sure how much jerking off is healthy lol. Anyways that’s my update. I do my next set of bloodwork in 13 days. After that I get to increase my testosterone and hopefully have a better blast than I did with that trash ugl crap.

Been there. We actually went to counseling ( for a lot of things, and the frequency of sex was a major topic. When I first got on Test, we went at it twice a day for 4 months. Apparently that was causing her issues so we dropped dramatically. The counselor talked to her about how men feel about sex and how its a demonstration of love, etc. We pretty much do it eod during the week and a few times on weekends.

I’m not sure if counseling would help you but most women think we just want to blow a load from blue balls, when there is a lot more to it.

I set us up for counseling once. She only went to a few sessions and refused to go back. She is messed up. It’s been getting better recently. She is trying. Our typical schedule is sex once a month and maybe twice if I push just hard enough. It’s tough tough tough on me. Ever since she got pregnant with my first child 10 years ago she has been like this. I’m try and do all the romantic stuff and help around the house and candlelight bubble baths and all that bullshit. It’s very difficult dealing with her.

NO DOUBT!! Sorry brother. Has she had her hormone panel checked? My wife got on OTC progesterone and it helped immensely. (of course she was pre-menopausal).

No but we have been discussing it. She knows what she is doing to me is torture and she knows she has a problem. She is seeing a psychologist next Tuesday. Not sure what’s gonna come out of that. I would send her for bloodwork myself but I dont know if I could read the bloodwork properly. If I took over her treatment she would end up looking like Vin Diesel and I wouldnt want to have sex with her.

I do it a little different. I had to play with it. I dont like it to thick. I mix natural peanut butter into the cream of rice and then drizzle a little raw honey onto it instead of that nasty sugar free chocolate syrup. Awesome

Ha! I haven’t found a way I don’t like it yet. I don’t mind the SF choc sauce either but I was using 2 tsp of the regular stuff for a few weeks. No big diff with the SF. And yeah natural PB, a little salt, and nom nom. Wash it down with a low carb protein shake. Good to go in 30. Also started the Granite peri-workout stuff. Im just coming off of pneumonia so still going easy in gym but I certainly don’t want to.

Had the brown rice version of the cereal this AM with cinnamon, raw honey, raisins, almonds. Pretty damn good too.

I didnt know there was a brown rice version of this but that sounds pretty freaking awesome

I figure white rice cereal for PreWO but maybe a slower release carb for other meals?
