Does the low shbg and high fsh give any clues what the problem might be with my low testosterone?

The high FSH is a sign of infertility. The low SHBG is associated with metabolic syndrome, diabetes and thyroid problems.

Klinefelter syndrome can cause low-T, describe your physical appearance.

For the high FSH, can it be lowered with medication so I can be able to have kids? I am getting a sperm analysis done soon. I did a quick google search and it says alcohol damage could be the reason. I rarely drink but the one time I did I definitely over drank (2 years ago) and was passed out for like several hours and some people even thought I was dead but I was okay, didn’t go to hospital or anything and very next day i just slurred my words a little.
The endocrinologist said my thyroid is okay and I am pretty sure i do not have diabetes. Do you think I have primary hypogonadism based on these results and my testicles just aren’t working?

The pituitary gland secretes the FSH in order to get the testis to produce sperm, when the pituitary detects less than optimal sperm parameters the pituitary increases FSH.

You need to see a urologist to see what’s going your testicles.

Normally with primary hypogonadism LH and FSH are high. As for your thyroid being ok, don’t blindly trust just any doctors opinions, post results.

Thanks bro. Will make sure I get a testy scan. You think a thyroid scan is also necessary? With my low SHBG, in this forum i heard you need more frequent injections though here in Australia its only once every 12 weeks with undecanoate. I guess I have to find a good doc or go underground right?

Good start.

This^

That is a myth. Most with low SHBG do fine with weekly dosing. Some with higher SHBG do better with more frequent injections.

Primary hypogonadism most likely. Have you met with a doctor yet?

Yes seen a endocrinologist twice. He gave me a chest scan since my ACE was high though scan came back normal. Now if i pass the sprerm analysis he will prescribe me test undecanoate every 12 weeks or a gel. He said thyroid hormones results from blood test was fine. Though he never requested a testicle scan or a brain scan(not sure if thats necessary)

Do you guys think Low T during puberty affected my penile length? My flaccid length is very small( 2inches) though have an average erection size. Could TRT at 19 perhaps give me that growth I would of had if my T was normal during puberty?
