Went to practice, drilled for maybe 45 minutes. Went to go live, my nose bleed opened up again for the 4th time out of like the last 7 days since I got the ridiculous one at wrestling camp. Not allowed to wrestle until I go get it cauterized, which will happen within this week. Bench tomorrow mane

Any reason for doing SLDL first instead of deadlifts? Trying to target the hammys?

I enjoyed the actual training, but I’m hating the aftereffects lol. I deffinetely liked doing that better than having 7 exercises to go to to hit every part I needed to. Felt like it deffinetely hit everything the same if not a lot better

Depends on how you define “athletic performance”, as a wrestler I do feel it helps keep me agile on my feet and is pretty good for a coniditioning method.
