Treadmill sprint/walk intervals. How many ? No idea just did it until I sweated and breathed hard so i could cut a bit more. Started last night at 198, 192 before these sprints. Gonna shower and report back with weight.

Back from camp, too tired/fucked up to train till monday. It went well, I’m not lean enough at this weight class (189) to be extremely competitive and it showed in like 2 of the 12 matches. Overall I did well, won a couple of matches (I don’t even remember was too tired to think about it most of the time, just went out and wrestled) and had matches where I lost but felt good about because of how actually well I competed.
