Picked up Dan Jons ABC hypertrophy book and have picked through it. After I finish this last few weeks of Pervertor programming I might run the 8 week KB version of things as assistance to some 531 main lifts. The Barbell version of things also looks awesome but with some vacation over the summer would split things up a lot. I also know myself and I would add to it which I would have to accept when I run it.

Notes

  • prowler seems to gas me this year more than last which is unfortunate given I try and keep up with my conditioning all year round in various ways
  • with prowler 180lb was too heavy for the entire 20 mins
  • 90lb seemed to light but I didn’t carry over another 45lb weight so maybe next time
  • I know prowler can be dependent on surface any given day based on rain and humidity so it’s hard to sometimes set goals
  • regardless this was a hard 8 mins of work and a decent 12 mins of work
