Oh man is it! I had a pretty good shoulder workout…testing it out after benching yesterday. It was tough but it went pretty well.

Standing Military Press 75,85, then 4sets of 95lb x4

Seated DB Press: 25x8, 30x8 then 3sets of 35x8

Lateral Raises 3x15
superset with Facepulls 3x15

Then I stretched and foam rolled like crazy. I havent had a good stretch in a while so I took a good amount of time with it today. Mainitaining my flexibility is a high priority to me.[/quote]

And I dropped my phone and its broken. No chatty with my kitty til the new one arrives.

Todays DEADLIFT workout:

Deadlifts: 135x10 185x8 225x4 245x4 265x4 (3 sets of) 275x4 These felt awesome! Right about the 85% effort range.

Step Ups: (my step is REALLY high where my knee is just to my chest) 15x6 20x6 20x6 25x6

Barbell Bulgarian Split Squats: 30x8 40x8 I wasnt really too pumped with these so I didnt do anymore.

Lunges 3x20 bodyweight

Then 30 min cardio on the treadmill, just walking.

This was a pretty good workout…I am adding the volume in slowly to get used to it again.
