For me, unless I got stupid fat, at my height I doubt if I’ll ever go over 240~ regardless of my goals.
Like everything training wise, it is always subject to potentially change but you don’t exactly see 230+ lean 5ft 10" nattys every day…

im eating around 2300 cals so that on a weekend day i can have a 4000 cal day and ill still be in a weekly deficit

ok so today woke up and thought i looked better, my stomach looks flat and my lower back fat looks pretty good too - as in not much left. and yeah measured my waist and 31.5!!! haha so stoked, only 2-2.5 inch to go until abs lol and ive lost 6.5 inch in 5 weeks lol
i also weigh 235 today? leaner then when i was 230? weird, maybe its the creatine i added lol

yeah haha its not bad, I dont think Im quite advanced to get the most out of it yet to be completely honest. I can get sore off 1 set and i push each set to the limit but i think i should train more traditionally for a long time yet before using it to grow even more.
Im probably going to move to more of how i normally workout which is a powerbuilding style split.
I think im also perhaps adding cardio next week… wel see though lol

either way though its a high calorie day today and im stoked, 4000 calories all mine!!
next week i think i am going to keep macros the same, maybe lower 1 a little bit and am adding 4 sessions of 30 minutes cardio that week. It would be better to add gradually but i watn the fastest results possible on this cut
