yeah i checked them out, ive seen someone at the one gym i train at use it and i just cant do it, if kazmeir didnt use it then neither can i

macros:
protein: 230g
carbohydrate: 450g
fats: harrrdly any

ooo tomorrow will be glorious

no high carbs today i messed up on my diet and had a cheat last night on top of my daily cals so today is going to be low cal lower carb

Deadlifts 5/3/1 - i changed to conventional stance, been doing sumo for months, this stance is stronger for me

man you have no idea, im so proud of myself, mostly because it was one of those days i was going to take off but i did the right thing and went

What lifts are taking the biggest hit from losing weight? For me its usually bench. Looks good though bro, seems like your dl number is lower than usually but also a lot more volume so nice work.

yeah my deadlifts if anything have gotten better, before the cut i didnt do anything heavy over 1 rep, and nothing has taken a hit so far, im doing bench tomorrow though so well see

233lbs havnt carbed up yet, lower back now is starting lose some fat

breakfast today
2 scoops whey
1 cup egg whites
1 cup oatmeal

just now
2 scoops mad mass
1 scoop whey

gonna have my grains and dairy meal before i go and train

then protein shake before bed

beenching will be interesting, im on my 1 rep today and gotta get 312 for 1 rep on 5/3/1.

My lats are sooo sore from that session today so this tells me i need to pump up the volume on all other body parts aswell. I just hope the sore lats dont hurt my bench today, i want at least 1 clean easy rep at 312 and if i cant get it then im upping my carbs because that would be a sadddd loss of strength
