Yes it is. You claim something exists so it’s up to you to prove it. If you could have, you would have, instead of telling me to prove it doesn’t exist.

If I was the Martin Family I would be pissed for this guy doing this. PISSED.

Not sure how his statements will help the family.

Trayvon Martin and Zimmtwats paths.

I guess the idea is that Trayvon’s hands should show signs of having punched someone.

Some rights are expressly granted by law. Most are available by not being prohibited by law. You figure it out.

Well it seems that is what the reporter was trying to hint at.

But why only ask about the hands and not the face or body other than the gunshot? Its leading. She is trying to show that the kid had no marks hinting that he didn’t punch so no attack (and we know this does not prove that).

If they are going to put information out put it all out not half. It leads the defense to say well see Martin’s body shows no sign that Zimmerman hit back. And it does not prove that either but it leaves gaps for people to fill in.

I would be pissed.

I think that was Nancy Grace. She has a habit of doing that. She was chastised for it several times when she was a prosecutor. Rumor has it that she was on the verge of being disbarred when she “quit” to do TV. She is one of the most dishonest and biased people in the media. I would take anything she says or is said on her show with a grain of salt.

I’ve been wondering about that.

Looks like Zimm headed off Tray… thereby blocking his route home.

Then why are there laws against menacing, stalking, harassing, etc.? Seems like the rights of the person being asked or followed supersede these “rights” you speak of. And something being legal does not make it a right.

That is one possibility. I would even consider it likely. But, he also could have gotten to the other side, not see Trayvon and started walking back to his car and Trayvon jumped him. Without actual evidence and witnesses to disprove his story, this is just conjecture and will not help the prosecution in court.

I see a parked and a shooting star. But the red line goes all the way out to the highway. So did Zimmerman drive all that way? I guess its all we know for now.

But wow that was a good distance from the car it almost looks like it was behind one of the units(homes).

Since the law is so quick to believe Zimmerman’s story I fear that he’ll probably get off. Everyone is taking Zimmerman’s word as gospel and unless some pretty damning evidence comes out Zimmerman will probably be let go free.

People are saying that Trayvon, unarmed, attacked Zimmerman walking back to his truck. I find that hard to believe… That a teenager, unarmed would suddenly bumrush a threat that was wanning.

That’s demonstrably false.

I have to say neither of those paths look good for Zimmerman. If Zimmerman took the assumed path then it hints that he was trying to cut him off.

If he just followed Martins path(the black arrows) then it shows he was following the kid damn near all the way to his house.

I would like to see which house was zimms.

It is the way our legal system works. If you make a claim/accusation you need to have evidence or witnesses to back it up. We don’t convict people based on just a story. Zimmerman’s story fits with the evidence according to the police, whether it is true or not is open to debate but without real evidence that he is lying and not just an alternate explanation of events that uses the same evidence, he will probably walk. It is not a perfect system, but we could always do things the way we did back in the Soviet Union. Trust me, you don’t want that.

Perhaps here that is true, but everywhere else I see just the opposite. Very few people are taking Zimmerman’s side on this.

You’re making the mistake of assuming other people are inherently rational.

I doubt Trayvon considered the possibility that Zimmerman had a gun.

The 2 different paths explain the time Zimm lost sight of Tray.

Yes, it occurred on the path that all the backyards share (behind the units).

Why? Its Florida. Why consider one way or the other?
