Ah, really? They take your clothes at the scene, not at the station? So they have extra clothes with them or did Zimmerman have some extra in the car?
They undressed Trayvon before his parents identified the body?
this is all police procedure?
Wait… wait…I know, I know. They took Zimms back to his house so he could then change in some fresh clothes. Then they headed to the station. Poor Trayvon was certainly stripped naked on the spot too. They needed his clothes for evidence of course!
Shit. Shit! Even in CSI you don’t see this kind of bullshit.
Didn’t the evidence indicate (phone records) that Trayvon’s girlfriend called at 7:12pm and that the police arrive 5 minutes later?
How did it if go from talking on the phone to fighting badly enough that one guy was on the floor with his head repeatedly beaten against the ground, struggling for the gun (Zimmerman’s words)and one of them being shot in the chest?

It all makes sense if Zimmerman had that gun drawn or even his hand on it while questioning Trayvon.
Even if Zimmerman didn’t intend to shoot, that changes where the real threat was coming from.
I would assume most here would not think anything but that they are about to die if someone chases after you with a gun at night. That is how you go from talking on the phone into a fight or flight situation.
It seems most likely…but as we can see, we are not allowed to speculate unless we find the kid to be the attacker.

How obvious are broken noses though?
Here’s a pic of someone with a broken nose… clean up the blood and it’s pretty hard to tell
I expected something like this. And a bandage to cover the cut. Come on! According to Zimm’s lawyer, the poor guy got copiously beat. The broken nose must have been the shit.
But where’s the blood on his shirt? And where are the bruises on his face and nose? I can’t see anything. For someone who was involved in a life threatening battery, his face is bruise free. He’s paler than Kobe and hell, you can see a bit of bruising on top of Kobe’s nose. Killerman’s bruising should be more pronounced, right?

Still searching to see if his “former judge dad issue” has been debunked…and it hasn’t. I figured this would be something everyone would be scurrying to verify either way.

Today was the first I am hearing about this. Proving this either way would be a big plus for either side. I too would like to know why neither side seems to be putting much effort into this. At this point, with all the media coverage and different people fiercely scrutinizing this case, I doubt his dad being a magistrate will make much of a difference, but it could have been a factor in the beginning before the media got involved.
Hmmm…looks as if Zimmerman’s dad was a magistrate(key word) judge for Supreme Court in Virginia…from 2000-2006. Whether he had influence is another thing…but just keeping with the facts on this for now.
This describes the duties and responsibilities of a magistrate in the Commonwealth of Virginia. He may have had enough pull to get the resisting arrest charge dropped, since it was a non-violent offense, but I doubt a Virginia magistrate would have any pull with FA law enforcement over a potential murder. I can’t rule it out completely, but I seriously doubt it.
The NRA is using this as a golden oppourtunity to start selling Hoodies with a special place to conceal your gun. Bad timing, poor taste. Now I don’t necessarily agree on everything these guys say but this is the only source I see reporting this.
Oh dear! Papa Zimmerfuck’s been talking to the media. He believes Trayvon was never on the phone with his girlfriend when there’re phone records proving it!! Wow. What a fucking imbecile. And he’s also said that Trayvon told his son, ‘‘tonight, you’re going to die.’’ . Riiiight.

I agree…but keep in mind that resisting arrest charge was the reduction from an initial arrest of resisting arrest with violence AND battery against an officer(third degree felonies).
Another thing…that “incident” was a result of Zimmerman’s reaction in self-defense because the undercover officer didn’t announce himself as so. Food for thought.
If you read jewbacas link to the Orlando Sentenal, you would know Zimmerman and Martin were both relieved of their clothing at the scene as it was packaged for evidence. He isn’t wearing what he was when Trayvon attacked him. And there were no martians involved.
I missed the part where they were relieved of their clothing. That explains one of my questions. I will have to wait until the coroner’s report and police photos are released for the rest. In that still overstand posted, it could have been stitches. It is hard to really tell in the video, but if he did receive stitches, that will come out sooner or later.

It’s interesting that eyewitnesses saw Zim wearing red at the scene and he was also wearing a red jacket in the arrest video. So it doesn’t look like they changed his clothes, unless they changed everything but the jacket.

If there was blood on anything from the fight, I would expect it to be on the jacket so if they took anything that should have been it. Unless police procedure is to let people walk around covered in blood. I really wish more of the official reports and statements would be released. Given how bad the media has been on presenting the facts for both sides, I have zero faith in anything that the news outlets are reporting.
I see nothing. Nada. Niet. Rien. Niente. Niets. Rien.
I see a horribly pixelated photo from a distance that wouldn’t show shit for a cleaned up cut. I also see reddish tint around the outside corner of one eye that could indeed be the beginnings of the standard broken nose bruisings. I also see a bad angle of an unfamiliar nose that would make it hard to determine whether or not it was broken and the side of a head, not the back.

Another question, if you have a guy sitting on top of you beating you and you are shooting him in the chest, would you not have his blood all over you?
There is no blood on Zimmerman, right?
I am very curious about the bullet entry wound and the distance from which the kid was shot.
Five minutes is a long time if you’ve ever been in a fight. Most never even last that long when you account for the bullshit blustering, ripping shirts off and gay ass chest arm waving/sign throwing et cetera style chest beating.
A sucker punch or even a shove caught off guard would knock you down and in a matter of seconds you could be punched/have your head slammed enough to cause injury like Zimmerman received.
The bullet blood splatter is interesting. This is only conjecture but being a hunter I’ve killed animals at various ranges. Initially a shot, even from a distance knocks them back and the force of the bullet dragging through the body pulls blood and tissue with it. The blood doesn’t immediately begin pouring from the entrance wound like in the movies.
If the guy was struggling to get up, Martin was knocked back et cetera, he would’ve been hit by minimal spray at most, not horror movie buckets of blood. That spray would be tough to determine on a red jacket in a grainy photo from a distance.
Plus I thought the story was Martin was on his feet and proceeding to kick Zimmerman when he was shot, further reducing blood contact.
Damn, EMT guys are one hell of good cleaners. They’d managed to scrub Zimmerfuck from head to toes and they got rid of the blood and soil. Astounding. Not even a sign of trauma anywhere. Damn, I want their formula.
Wow, Zimmtwat is not only a watchman, but he’s a superhero. After all the scuffle in the grass, the clothes look uncreased, the guy steps out of the car with no apparent sign of dizziness, though his head had been ‘‘broken’’ after repeatedly being bashed on the pavement --papa zimfuck said so.
