No, I believe Zimmerman truly believed he was right. He was playing hero. he knew the cops were on their way. I am sure he was expecting to be carried on the shoulders of the neighborhood…so no, no one is saying he would have shot him from across the street.

If the investigation shows that zimmerman pulled out his gun before any altercation, then he’ll most likely be liable for Trayvon’s death. If Zimmerman ceased his chase of trayvon and was attacked on his way back to his vehicle, only pulling his gun out after he had been taken to the ground, then he may get off the hook. Why make it more than that?
As far as Bizarro Trayvon, unquestionably poor reporting at the least.

I feel like this needs to be said again. I hold no political affiliation. I’m not registered either way even on my voting card. I like to see whats presented to me from different sides and make up my mind. Just like this situation, it just so happens that the evidence so far has me leaning in the defense of Tray…and in the support that this was racial profiling.

If that was the only available picture the media had of Zimmerfuck then yeah, by all means, they were right to use that mugshot. Until recently his employer released the other picture. And Martin’s parents have also realized that it was silly to use his early teens pics. They had released new pictures of him a few days before his death.
Digging up for pictures that have nothing to do with Trayvon Martin and circulating them over the internet with the malicious intent to ‘‘prove’’ the kid was up to no good and probably deserved to be killed, is a big difference when it comes to smearing. At least, Zimmtwat was himself in the mugshot. Not somebody else.
