OK, having recently come off a fairly serious relationship I am having trouble moving on. What are some of the best ways that you guys have gotten over a girl/relationship(Besides going out and nailing the next 6 chicks you see)

I recently ended things w/my longtime gf of almost 5 yrsā¦here is what I did:
First two weeks I went out ALOT, itās amazing how resoponsive females are if you are in good shape and somewhat attractive and attentiveā¦trust me the random hotties will come(if that is what you are looking for).
Second, I went on a cycleā¦nothing major, just tren/dbol/4adecā¦if you donāt do the gear thing, go on mag-10 or something and concentrate on making a big change in your appearance. I have put on 10lbs in the past three weeks and the confidence level/wired feeling off the tren is mindblowing.
I thought it was going to be so hard to get on w/my life b/c i was so accustomed to having her around, but when you look back at how your relationship has deteriorated you realize that this was the BEST thing to happen to you. Now I donāt know your age, but Iām 24 and this is the prime time of my life and sitting there feeling sorry for yourself or thinking āOh man how am I gonna get her backā is just STUPID.

Man, I wouldnāt worry about any other females right now. Itās only a quick fix to get your mind off your ex and move on. But itās nothing but short-term satisfaction for something you need to ultimately take care of on your own. So go do what you like to do. Re-establish relationships with friends that were pushed to the side while you were in a relationship. Go out, have fun, train hard, spend money on yourself and get up on old hobbies or interests. Forget the women for a while, otherwise, you may be right back to relationship troubles and all sorts of bullshit. I know, itās easier said than done, but when youāre ready, youāll do it!

I always get the most shit done right after I break up with someone. I become this insane machineāworkouts, ultra strict diet, clean house, and I work on my writing, which is like my pet project. I wrote an entire novel after I broke up with my last girlfriend. I apparently have to break up with my current one to get the impetus to write another one, though.
