
Damn right. I’m seeing bison being offered in my store(Fairway) as well. Costs no more than beef, not organic though.
I try to get grass-fed for the healthier omega-3 fat profile and nutrition. Except for price, I’m not sure why you would want grain-fed.

Yes, Bison is drier. I cook my burgers on a cast iron skillet on a low temp. and eat immediately. Sometimes mix the burgers half beef and half bison and throw them on the grill. It is just nice to have an additional meat a few times a week.
