Are they legendary?
Nope, just good lighting and tight shorts
Don’t listen to him, they look like stuffed turkey breasts.
I could prove that it takes much more than that but nobody wants me to.
Sure we do! Hold on a second while I throw up the new thread.
See, subconsciously it affected you to the extent that you used “throw up” in the response. ![]()
J/K.
I’ll see what I can do, but I’m gonna need some really good lighting and some other worldly shorts after these past few weeks off.

that was funny. You can do it!
Now I can see the triceps wanting attention.
Yeah… they are feeling unloved. So they are starting to get with the program.
That’s what I thought.
You are becoming a force to be reckoned with, @ChickenLittle …
Calf thread and tri thread to follow?
Why do you have it bring it down to that level?
Actually I am fairly blessed in the calf department. Have at it.
Lol, let’s do this!
Does training your grip and forearms make your arms look bigger?
When you train your grip and forearms do your upper arms get stronger too?
Poliquin thought so:
Aesthetically, spending some time to bring up forearms (which are typically lagging on most lifters) will only be a good thing. Also something to be said for spending a bit of time really focusing on neutral-grip and reverse-grip curls, which will change muscle recruitment and favor the brachialis, brachioradialis, and extensors, compared to more supinated work which emphasizes biceps.
Holds instead of reps on the plate loaded gripper, I like that.
Not only that, but when I see a man with well developed forearms, I see power.
Big traps, delts and forearms are the markings of a powerful man.
