I actually am starting the carnivore diet. Started 2 days ago. Making sure to drink gallon of water or more a day, and days when I can 2 workouts. Morning weights and later on cardio if I can. No sugar no carbs just meat and eggs, little dairy. We’ll see how it goes. Can already sense the irritability.
