Switched it up with some HiiT cardio today. Amazing to see the mileage time get lower and lower. When I first started was at 12 min/mile. Got it down to almost 8 1/2. I didn’t feel like running today as my legs were hurting from yesterday and still fridays leg day, but pushed myself thru it and now feel great. Funny how it always works like that.

Good run today. I got a leg session in yesterday. Mostly squats and leg press. Idk why but I been getting this pain in my left chest that gives me anxiety. Why? No idea. Probably all the pre workout messing my heart up.
What a run!! Farthest I’ve been able to do so far. It def wasn’t non stop, had a cpl 10-15 sec breaks after laps towards then end. Also added in push ups and sit ups along with some stairs on the bleachers. Def pushed myself far today considering it was probably 90 degrees and humid too. Gym session tomorrow
Definitely starting to see some more definition. It’s a slow process but I feel like I’ve been maintaining a lot of strength and muscle while losing weight. The hardest part is on my hips.
Idk why I do this to myself. Gyms closed, so got a good ass workout in today. Get like death. 3 laps then 20 push ups, lap, 20 sit ups, lap, then worked my way up to 35 and then ran the rest. My cardio is getting on point. My legs and everything hurt before my cardio was tired. Internally I was fine with the 4 miles. Nice hot day get good in a hard way
