I agree! I’m most impressed with myself with my form to be honest. Even at heavy weights I am still managing to have good form. Next month I’ll probably add 10 or 15 just to see.
That, and you just casually walked away after the rep. I know for me, when I was pushing it for a max attempt I’d have to set it down gently, and then tell myself not to freak out, the room will stop spinning soon ![]()
