Biotest UK

Is this site legit

Has anyone tried the site, would also like to know whether it’s legit?

Can the mods give input?

Looks like a bad copy of the Biotest store.

To be fair I thought they were just a UK outlet for Biotest…??

But there prices are ridiculous. Its actually cheaper to purchase the ANACONDA Protocol on this site paying shipping and uk customs tax on it (comes in around £340ish/$518ish) than through them (which comes in at £510ish/$780). Fair to say I wont be purchasing from them.

I was wondering about this, although now you (jisboss) mention performance foods, I’m pretty sure that was the name of the company who used to run the Biotest.co.uk website years ago. So it’s probably still legit. I bought some stuff through them around 5 or 6 years ago and they were ok, albeit reaaaaaaaly expensive. I assume they still are?

Since we sell most Biotest supplements at or below wholesale to our members, it will almost always be less expensive to purchase directly through the TMUSCLE Store.

Don’t bash Biotest UK because they want to make a fair profit.

Sorry for the slightly unrelated question, but how much does shipping, say 10 lbs of supplements to England cost? (Getting an estimate from Fedex is either hard to get right or really discouraging)

You can determine international shipping cost by selecting the items you want and entering your shipping address in the TMSUCLE Store.

You’re very helpful, but I´m unfortunately unable to choose Sweden from the list of countries. Norway is also absent.

Is that what happens when the boss is from Finland?

No, that’s what happens when those countries refuse entry to more of our shipments then they allow.

That’s it, I´m moving to Colorado. I thank you for your time and patience.

Will there ever be a true Biotest UK store? As in one run by you guys to serve the European market? That’s 500mln people in the EU and 730mln in all of Europe! I’m planning to order some FINiBARs from Biotest.co.uk to give them a try, but the prices are too high for me to regularly buy from them and the shipping costs/taxes prevent me from buying anything directly from you guys.

I asked that question a while ago and got this reply:

We’re a relatively small company, so I doubt you’ll see Biotest open any international offices any time soon.

You see, it just doesn’t make sense to do so. Tim and TC would rather continue to focus on research and development as opposed becoming a marketing company, which is what such an endeavor would entail.[/quote]

I do, however, think that hiring one guy in Europe (thereby lowering shipping costs and making it possible to ship to the entire European Union) would pay off pretty quickly. And that it would not turn Biotest into a marketing company. If they sell to twice as many people, they could develop cooler supps.

That’s a shame. I agree with you - considering that the website already exists and all it would just be a matter of having one guy taking care of a “stash” of Biotest products and the local shipping from somewhere in Europe - the rest (ordering, etc.) could be done using the current, slightly adjusted system. Who knows, maybe they could get someone from the boards to do it :stuck_out_tongue:

Europe is a big market, it would seem like a good idea to expand in that direction.

Oh well, I guess I’ll just have to hope that I move to the US in a couple of years…

B.

It would be nice to have someone in Europe to sell the products. The german customs suck when it comes to packages from the US. Its kind of lottery whether I get the package or not. It could be possible that the custom say that it isnt a supplement but rather a medicine or illegal stuff.

Inside the EU there is no package control so it would be a lot easier.

Maybe sometime we have luck and get the good stuff from the good people at Biotest.

We can only hope, it just doesnt make sense to pay so much more to “Biotest UK”. Im not aware of anyone having their orders confiscated or refused by customs yet.

I was sceptical to order from the co.uk site. the prices is allmost 200% from biotest.net site (or TMuscle if u will). Tho it was my only option as Biotest sends to all of europe except norway it seems. it’s not in the country dropp down menu in shipping. sad realy.

even with shipping from US, the cost would be alot cheaper then the co.uk site.
