6’00
170
~7%
Race weight is somewhere around 164 @ 6%.
Keep in mind I’m a triathlete training for an Ironman. So thats 6 days a week training 2x p/ day. Saturday and Sunday miles are 14 minimum for the run and 65 minimum for the bike.
I noticed that T-Nation site does not prominently advertise TRIBEX. I also order from a catalog that does not show TRIBEX but you can still buy it from them. Is there something going on with TRIBEX? something I should know?

Im gonna give Spike a whirl here soon. I do take a multivitamin once and a while. And I’ll prolly jump on the vitamin/EFA supplement bandwagon if Biotest ever puts one out. [/quote]
Why would you wait until they “blessed” the supplement by making their own. Fish Oil is EVERYWHERE and cheap and WORKS. EFA’s are aptly named: ESSENTIAL.

If you have been reading this site you should now that until this product comes out you cant assume anything. Come on ZMA cost $9. Whose to say that the new EFA supp will be anymore expensive than whats on the market now. Also, I’m pretty sure they will make a product that will be leaps and bounds above anything we’ve seen

My point is: Why wait?
EFA supplements benefits are proven and work. Why wait until another one is released? I would start using one now if you aren’t already. When/if the Biotest one comes out, give it a try.
Creatine is a proven supplement (not essential) that is out there, tested and works for many, yet Biotest doesn’t make one. Does that mean that it’s not worth taking? Of course not. How much more so with EFA supplements that can benfit you NOW?
