I live in calgary alberta canada and i was wondering if i made a purchase on Metabolic Drive and Surge if it would get seized
does anyone from canada know
any help is appreciated
There is no reason that the products you wish to order should be seized at customs, they are products that do not contain banned substances so order away.
I order Surge/Se7en/ and had not problem whatsoever, I used Fedex however, more expensive but you just order more stuff to cover your shipping and voil?!
I got my order of Grow!, Spike, Power Drive and Metabolic Drive bars without any problems and I live in Ontario.
Books, DVD’s and BETA-7 came through just fine for me

I’m more worried about Fedex than customs… Keep your papers and make sure they don’t charge you a new fee (on credit card) a couple of weeks after the initial transaction is processed.

Just got charged for customs: 35$ DAMN! Getting these products has now become expensive but can I live without Surge: NO, I’ve tried other products and have come back to Surge.
I use to be able to buy it at GNC but they sell the small tub 63$ so I figured cheaper buying directly well so far with FED + Customs that an extra 70$
Anyone else from Quebec?? how do you guys get your stuff here without paying a fortune, use USPS??? instead of FedEx

Disclaimer: I haven’t tried the following yet, but I plan to this summer. I did talk to a Biotest customer service rep and she said people do this.
If you live close to the US border, you can have the FedEx shipment delivered to a FedEx dropoff point near the border (check the Fedex website for locations). Then you can drive to the US and pick it up and bring it across the border yourself. Obviously this is only a good idea if the order is large enough.
Pros:
- Free FedEx shipping in the US would apply.
- No additional FedEx brokerage/ clearing charges. (You will have to pay GST coming back into Canada, but FedEx is supposed to charge you this anyway so it no change.)
Cons:
- Time to drive across border and back.
- Unless your really close to the border, it seems to only be a good idea for a very large order.

I heard that Biotest can ship USPS to Canada. This is something that interests me as I plan on putting in an order soon.
If anyone has ordered with USPS please feel free to jump in with your experience.
From what other posters have written in the past, with FedEx you do pay more, and the damn custom brokerage fees are outright theft and often not disclosed till a couple of weeks later… but you have a much higher chance of getting your stuff.
I can’t beleive all the hassle the goverment will put in our way for supplements!
I’ve ordered HRX in the past and intend to do it again in the near future. The sad truth is I dont know if I’ll get it. To date I’m scoring 100%. A couple of times I had a written warning not to order for more than a 3 months supply but that’s it.

I’ve had to pay customs for these last few orders and I always pay cash when they drop it off. Besides,they won’t release it until I pay.

Every time I order, I get the option to choose between USPS and FEDEX. FEDEX has been the cheaper one with faster service. Go figure.

How do you get over the limits? You have to be in the USA for more than 48 hours if you wish bring back anything worth more than 200$? Unless you’re hiding it?
