Does Biotest have a supplement that in anyway helps with cortisol control? It seemed that I read that Alpha Male had something in it that helped supress cortisol. But when I read the info on it today, I couldnt find anything. Maybe It was another Biotest supplement.
ZMA, Z-12. Not directly but as a side effect of better sleeping patterns.
Alpha-GPC before bed as well. The Choline will allow more GH to be secreted and the GH will help regulate cortisol as well.
I was going to mention Z-12 because of the better sleep, but it also helps calm you in general.
I gotta try that Z- 12. Hearing lots of good stuff from people. Thanks Darkane and J F !

i remember hearing something about antioxidants, specifically vit c, blunting insulin responses. this is why i stopped taking 1000mg of it right after a workout. now that i am doing carbs and protein pre- and intra- rather than post-, do you guys think it would be “safe” to take vit c right after the workout since i just have protein about 45 minutes post-? thanks.
but basically anything insulinogenic (simple carbs and protein) will also drastically (acutely) reduce cortisol.
