Just got some goodies from Biotest and am wondering when
you guys are taking your BCAA, I plan on taking them before and after moarning cardio (130 bpm average and empty stomach)but do I also take them before and after weight session in the evening as well or just with cardio
in the moarning
I would throw them in pre and post weight training as well. I also add them during my normal meals if I feel that the meal is too light on protein.

while training I take 4 before, 4 during, and 2 after along with Surge.
I’m already getting a protein drink post-workout, so I figured I’d save a few bucks and only take 2 BCAA pills PWO
