I have met black libertarians, two of them. They’re an immigrant couple. He was from Trinidad and she was from Kenya. So they got to see screwed up government up close. As a rule very few people raised with a certain ideology ever switch. That’s why inner cities are permanently Dem despite the abject failure there. That’s why union vote switching toward Trump was such an outlier. Nobody saw that coming.
