PM Weight: 101.75 But this an all new low so it has to be a PR tomorrow.
In the past I would do a cheat meal and my weight would drop…but then that would turn into a cheat day which turns into a cheat weekend and then 2 weeks of suffering is down the drain. Honestly the 1 cheat day isnt actually that big of deal its the 2-3 days that it takes to get the glycogen depleted and back in the fat burning zone. So keep on suffering here we go!!!

AM Weight: 100.7 No real weight drop was a lot easier to swallow today because my ab veins and posterior delt triangle is coming in. Cool thing is just a few months ago a lot of these markers I am using for leanness wouldnt have been there even at way lower BF%s. As per the weight not droppnig I have to assume this is the Superdrol doing its thing. 1 more week then its Bday Party then I will do another harder cut leading up to a trip to Mazatlan in late September.

Wrist wasnt ready for the dumb curls but I couldnt go any longer without training them. Also pretty sure Sumo deads are the key to strengthening my Lockout on Conventional Deads which makes perfect sense. Its basically a glute dominant block pull and for what ever reason I cant block pull without lighting up my back.
Sleep has been super shit which has affected work which sucks. Trensomnia is (probably) a myth. People associate insomnia with tren but its because most people run tren for cuts. I dont hear a lot of PLers complain of trensomnia. Sleep apnea sure, but not insomnia.
Our house is being painted (for about a week) and their music tastes have been pretty good. One day they played the Beatles all day. Another they played Ranchero (Mexican country) which made mi Suegra home sick so she made this amazing Caldo de Res and homemade flour tortillas. Today they got to feelin those Saturdaaaaaayyyyy vibes and played that song LOL. Funny stuff.
AM Weight: 99.55 FK YEA!!! Finally sub 100kg yesterday and we stayed there today. Waist is finally coming in as well. Insomnia is pretty bad though, its affecting my work. Hunger/weakness isnt great either. Eye on prize though MAZATLAN!!!

AM Weight: 99.55kg Diet been a bit fattier so not surprised this didnt come down but now it is back on the chicken breast for a pretty hard push the rest of the week. Saturday is wifey’s Bday celebration so cheat AF day then I will get back on the cut grind for Mazatlan.

BBing the Diet is hard but the training is a vacation. PLing the training is hard but the diet is wonderful…but real sports use PLing as their assistance work LOL.
Slept a ton better last night out of the blue and my work reflected that. I played well today…ran like ass but played well so I will take it.
Program Code Name: Day Dreaming This is what I hope to be completing by September. Biggest issue will be Front Rack mobility. This should be a great Deadlift builder. Sets and Reps wont be that every week but something like that. Other variables will be combining Back and Bench workouts as desired and playing with Comp Bench frequency to see what my Delts will handle for a possible prep. Either in November or January.

And we are back. A few days chilling with the Wifey and family for Bdays etc. I hit the gym a couple times but the workouts suck still because my wrist is still not 100%. I am pretty sure I can start squatting next week though and at least some light Close Grip benching so lets get into the new plan.
AM Weight: 101.55kg All things considered pretty happy that is all the bounce back I had. Yesterday it was 102.15kg.
Diet: For the Next 3 days
I am going to keep my carbs a bit higher and more spread out through the day. This should help satiety and sleep.
5 Meals. Each meal is 1 potato, meat source and some chicken broth (for sodium/flavor). 1st meal will be 4 eggs and after that ~100g chicken thighs.
Not measuring yet but it is ~2200 cals 165p / 280c / 52f
Training: I will be starting that program tenchically tomorrow but I still wont be doing any Squats or Pressing. Fk I want to Squat and Press. To me this training is fluff and puff next to worthless garbage. Basically what 95% of Trainers give their clients LOL. For a month I will consider it my longest ever deload and I should come out of this a ton healthier and ready to go.
Drugs: TRT actually lowered a smidge and some Masteron. We will see on that Masteron as its UGL and I injected it today and had PIP a couple hours later which is a pretty bad sign. We will see if I can walk tomorrow. I have a ton of EQ I could add instead but 4 weeks isnt ideal for that and Mast will give me that better look. No orals as I am headed to Maz at the end of this cut so I want my Liver in prime working condition tee hee
Side note: If you want a great cut stack that is Tren Free and super low sides in general Test / EQ / Mast. Personally I run the Test pretty low (~200-400mg), Mast Medium (400-700mg) and EQ highish (700-1000mg). You might want to start the EQ about 4 weeks early then for the last 8 weeks add the Masteron for a standard 12 week cycle. You can run Mast pretty long but if you dont have to no reason to either.
OK time to eat sleep and so I can really get crackalacking tomorrow.

Yea so great hamstring pump on those Rack Pulls but my knees were feeling a bit shitty on the Squat machine regardless of foot placement. Then on my 3rd rep of my 1st warmup set on Quad Ext my quad started to cramp…since the machine didnt have a lighter setting I called the workout.
I probably could have done some cardio or Back work but if I am alrady dehydrated or what ever is going on I just thought rest and work was better.
Speaking of work, funny day. Broke even on Stars while going 1-10 on All ins. I lost my 1st 6 all ins for anything close to a buy in. Made a buy in on Party so I will take that W all day.
Today is the last shit workout I have…until tomorrow probably. But this week is the last week of shit workouts!!! Monday I Squat whether my hand is ready or not. I will start doing CG Incline Tomorrow.
From what I’ve gathered following along it seems to be mainly strength oriented, but not getting too fat, and then when it’s time to be semi naked around the senioritas it’s time to cut. After looking sexy for the masses it’s a few days of binge drinking and partying, drug rearrangement, and then back to the grind and big numbers.
And I mean none of that in a bad way. He seems to always get exactly what he’s after at the time, so I’m actually jelly.
AM Weight:101.05kg Came up after yesterday’s cheat foods and going up again tomorrow because more cheats but then we will get back on track. Kind of celebrating not being a daddy and also that most of the things I did today didnt hurt my wrist so very excited to start normal training Monday.

This was so amazing. Obv all those weights are lighter than our children do but High Bar Squats were pain free once I found the right grip width and Front Squats were mostly pain free with the right grip width. Another huge plus is that I am typing right now pain free so I have high hopes that this wont cause a set back.
Played with Dead stance a bit, not doing that again. I am also reworking my set up ritual. As long as I am BBing I am going to take the time to get a ritual that helps my form above all else. Think Russel Orhii rather than Garret Fear. I know I will sacrifice speed off the floor but my lock out should get better.
AM Weight 100.8kg Very happy with that and until I put my belt on today I thought I was doing ok. So physique would best be described as making progress for a bloated carcass. But this gives me a new target and that is to get my belt 2 notches lower before Maz which is about 4% BF drop which is 1% per week so doable and I will need to lose a bit more than 1kg per week, also doable. POTATO BLAST HERE WE GOOOOO (continue rather)!!!
