Like an idiot I trained some delts and that matters because I am not sure what I will be able to train tomorrow. I know I wont be doing Bench, and minimal Biceps so oops.
And pretty sure I have a minor Miniscus issue. It happened last week and was fine thorugh my workout it just hurts now. I ate a big bowl of Caldo de Rez which had a bunch of cartilage and other good bits so maybe I will magically heal over night?
AM Weight: 102.6kg Right where I thought I would be. I weighed myself last night at 105.0 so (in more clothes than the AM weight) so I had a good feeling I would make a decent drop.
My hand and knee feel great today. I can open doors again and the pain is down to a 2 of 10 from 8. Plus a lot of the mobility came back. I think I should be able to start Squatting and Benching maybe Friday.

Wedding ring is getting loose. Actually yesterday I noticed how much easier it fit by the 2nd workout. Water is coming off and soon we move to fat loss. Also adding back in carbs tomorrow. I didnt completely drop them these 2 days but tomorrow I have prepped meals and the whole 9.
AM Weight: 102.1kg Feeling good. Not much hunger and today I get carbs in more of my meals. Cals should be right around 2700. I can also feel my ab fat thinner so we have cut through the most of the water, mostly fat loss from here on out.

Felt good today. I am starting to find a groove with the execises I want to do. Deadlifting here is a lot harder than at the Power Gym. That floor is soft and acts like a deadlift bar and I am pretty sure those plates are lighter. Once I adjust I wont notice but right now I can tell and it all feels heavy AF right off the floor.

AM Weight 102.1kg No loss which is perfect. Lot of factors superficially keeping that weight up. Heavy training makes you retain water. I had my 2 heaviest workouts of the week yesterday (legs back). I added a more normal amount of carbs back in and had more sodium than normal (by about 2 grams worth). So to be the same weight is actually awesome. Also again I can feel my ab fat thinner.
Anywho feeling a beat up (no idea why) so going to have a bit of fun today…
Recovery Protocol:
I snuck ~150mg of Test Prop in with my TRT injection that I took first thing AM rather than post workout like normal. Also did 5iu of Slin post workout. Hopefully this gets me good to finish the week strong and next week I will back off the 2 a days a bit.

My Wife is a Badass She comes in “MIRA! LOOK!!!” carrying to 20L jugs of water. Its the same weight as two 20kg plates but they are super awkward to pick up. I was pretty impressed. To be honest this is why I thought it so important that she trains so that she can do stuff like this. I honestly think her racking and unracking and all that is more important than her actual lift numbers.
AM Weight: 100.95 YEA BOIIIII I wasnt sure where this would be today but I am pickled pink about that weight drop. Pretty funny some one using a Flavor Flav quote and an expression only used by old people in the same paragraph…but flavor flav has to be getting up there…fk me too. Stories check out. You seem fairly comfortable throwing round some crazy drugs, side effects or long term effects never concern you?
No judgement/subtle preaching, just curious.
Honestly, yes and no. Short term side effects arent much of an issue for me. Long term for several reasons I dont really care. I would rather enjoy a short life than endure a long one.
EDIT: Having said all that I am a bit smarter than it looks. i very rarely use orals as they are probably the most damaging short term. Insulin aside from the immediate risk are probably the least damaging long term. Tren I try to keep its use to under 4 months a year…but I doubt I run it more than one more time in my life as I am getting older.
Hunger Games and CNS Fatigue Hunger games have begun. I now am finishing my last meal and being hungry until the next day. It isnt that bad yet. My sleep has suffered but I actually think that is more CNS fatigue. I am usually pretty dismissive of CNS fatigue but the people who usually complain about didnt just finish their 10th workout in 6 days with 3 of those deadlift workouts. Either way rest day tomorrow and dial back the intensity next week.
AM weight: 101.85kg That was a smidge annoying but not a huge surprise for all the reasons it was a surprise I lost weight on Tuesday.

AM Weight: 101.75kg Week One lost 2.4kg. I will take it. Kind of annoying as last week I was down to 100.95 but oh well. I am going to reduce my protein intake to about 150-170g (from 200-220g). In the past this has helped me lose weight but then I freak out and think I am going catabolic. In reality my body is probably just well adjusted to using protein for energy (like ketosis but for protein).

Funny Stuff: Washing my face I moved my thumb wrong and it hurt so bad I opened my eyes wide just like the cartoons then got soap in my eyes. Good times LOL. Also, its been so long since I have Squatted that my neck callus is itching and coming off.
AM Weight: 100.5 PR for this cut. Abs starting to come through and waist finally coming in. Calories today are like 1600. So I should have another PR tomorrow.
Had a follow up with my doctor because my wrist isnt getting better as fast as I thought. Basically he said I am pushing it too hard, even straps are putting too much pressure. So I took today off other than a couple cardio sessions. Going forward I will train Legs every other day (just machines) and delts the other day.
AM Weight: FK OFF!!! LOL 100.9kg. I was pretty annoyed with this as yesterday was a bit of suffering but today I looked a bit better so that got me motivated to go hard AF again today. Pretty sure it was all the diet sodas and protein powder that added a bit of weight.
